MovilCoop is a service designed to provide Cooperative members with convenient and secure access to their accounts via their mobile devices. To begin using this service, users simply need to download the application and log in with their Home Banking credentials. Those who are not yet registered for Home Banking must complete this registration prior to accessing MovilCoop.

This service enables users to perform a variety of account-related activities, including:

• Viewing balances and details of all their accounts
• Accessing information about their loans and respective details
• Reviewing balances and specifics of all certificates
• Retrieving historical data for accounts and loans
• Checking balances and details of credit cards
• Viewing debit card information
• Performing transfers between personal accounts
• Executing transfers to pre-configured external accounts
• Making loan payments
• Paying commercial invoices and bills
• Settling credit card payments
• Accessing payment history for commercial invoices
• Monitoring check suspensions and payment status
• Finding nearby branches and ATMs of the cooperative
• Receiving guidance to the most suitable branch based on your location

  Similar to the Home Banking service, all data, balances, and transactions through MovilCoop are updated in real-time. For security purposes, as with the online banking platform, every transaction is conducted within a secure environment using SSL encryption with 128-bit support. This ensures that all transmitted information is encrypted with robust algorithms before being exchanged, safeguarding user data throughout the process.
